A 44 Year History
Stefanina Vitale Roderick left behind her native Sicily at the young age of fifteen and immigrated
to the United States with visions of achieving the American dream. After raising her family
and working many years as a seamstress, Stefanina decided to take on the difficult task of
starting her own business. The first Stefanina’s Pizzeria and Restaurant, situated in a mere
1,200 square foot space inside a strip center, opened its doors in April 1981. In 1984, the family
business expanded by renovating a commercial garage into the current O’Fallon location. Four decades later, Stefanina’s still maintains
its reputation as the go-to place for all occasions. We would like to extend a warm thank you for your support over the past forty years.
