Stefanina passed away in 1999, but her dream

lives on today. Her family has carried on her

traditions and turned her vision into a St.

Charles County institution known for happy

times, gratifying fare, and close family. Forty-

three years later, depsite decades of growth and

change, the kitchen at Stefanina’s still begins

each day with a fresh pot of sauce, a new batch of

pizza dough, and homemade salad dressings and

meatballs. We sincerely thank you for all your

support. It has been our

honor to serve you over the

years, and we look forward

to many more to come.
